Seems they are trying to push the bulker close to shore with sb side, but apparantly aft tug is not fast enough or something.
Thus the container had be communicated to continue, but since not enough room to pass, he had to go astern to stop, making the propeller pulling/turning him to port.
In my fair opinion Egyptian pilots are quite competent and manoeuvre the vessels with ease without yelling or getting e edgy even when there is not enuf room for anchoring like the bitter lakes.Demanding cigarettes or other gratuities is common with pilots and port authorities world wide and Egypt is no exception. I.say this on my long standing experience as a master.capt.nauroze

What did he say?
I guarantee you the captain is no longer constipated

He just wanted to check the draft on the bulkers side
Bosun pass me my brown trousers ??????
Oh. My god finally in the last moment
I remember buying alabaster items from merchants setting up shop in the hallways going thru the suez.
I recon they actually hit the bulb less bow hit under water
So so close, what a brake.

I think because the fog last days in canal and the big boat has black out
Wow, they need a pilot!!
Where do they get their qualifications from a Jack in Box
The best possible, a proffisional captain, relatively fast reactions from tugs. A new One point lesson to learn
OMG SO CLOSE TO big disaster
Shake the camera even More, why don’t you
I think the bulker was NUC when the container Vessel approached her.
No cigarets – no tugs ?
Too close, really almost made another eco disaster
What happen to this Bulk carrier!
To much traffic.. Unexperience pilots… or problem with engine or tugboat
Thought Suez was one way
Brakes are not working well.
Too close to call
I can hear the Captains wife in the background giving him ‘shit’ LOL
Another reason why I never get close to these things at sea.
Good Brakes !
That was about as exciting as the Super Bowl.
Wonder how this is possible because Suez Canal is one way traffic….
Ex NY Taxi drivers turned pilot boat caps.
